McDowell Mountain Gynecology is equipped with a new and up-to-date surgical suite where a number of minor surgical procedures can be performed in a private and comfortable setting by Dr. Rachel Spieldoch. The procedures are performed with conscious sedation or “twilight” anesthesia by a board certified Anesthesiologist. These anesthesiologists provide excellent care both in the office as well as hospital setting and are accredited by AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare).

The in-office setting is a more private, time-efficient as well as less costly environment for patients.
